Apartment for 6 to 7 people max., including two bedrooms: 1 double bed 160 x 200cm, 2 single beds 90 x 190cm, a living room with 2 single sofa beds (for 3 individual beds). This apartment has the necessary equipment to hodt a baby or young children: baby table chair (for meals), folding travel cot, access step to the WC.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave/grill, kettle, Nespresso and classic coffee makers, toaster, raclette machine and all utensils necessary kitchenware, stemmed glasses, wine glasses, water glass, citrus press, frying pans, saucepans, salad bowls, dishes, etc.).
LIVING/DINING ROOM: 2 sofa beds (3 single beds 90x190cm), pouf stools, cable television. Table for 6/7 people, 6 chairs, stools. Splendid panoramic view full South-West.
BEDROOMS: Recent bedding, all beds are equipped with duvets, pillows, protective covers. Bedding dimensions:
- Parental bedroom N°1: 1 double bed 160x200cm. Panoramic view full South.
- Bedroom N°2: 2 beds 90x190cm, window on the North side.
The size of the duvets is 140x200cm (single beds) and 220x240cm (double bed). Pillows 65x65cm.
BATHROOM 1: bath with shower bar, washbasin, hair dryer
SHOWER ROOM 2: shower, sink, hair dryer.
Separate toilets.
Ski lockers: in the building, on level 3.

Guest access
By Car: go to "Parking HAUT" entry, take a card, park your car just aside of the NEREIDES entry.
At your arrival, your local contact Jean-Luc will welcome you:
- either at the reception of the residence,
- or at the entrance to the Belle-Plagne high car park.
And he accompanies you in the following steps:
- handing over the parking card,
- handing over the keys,
- check-in inventory,
- presentation of housing and its environment.
Self-contained arrival is also possible thanks to a secure key box located on the front door of the apartment.
Other things to note
A rental contract will be sent to you by email upon confirmation from you.
A deposit of 500€ is requested, returned after your departure.
Mandatory additional tourist tax of €2.90 per night and per adult. Exemption for persons under 18 years of age.
Payment by bank transfer (RIB/IBAN).

Your stay includes
END OF STAY CLEANING: the occupation of the apartment and its use will be done in "good father"; end-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen area, which must be left perfectly clean: fridge, oven, hob, degreased hood, emptied bin. In case of forgetfulness, a flat rate of €110 will be deducted from the deposit.
