Chalet Bio Corti Spa 12 people

The “Bio Corti & Spa” chalet is a real haven of peace in the heart of Champagny-en-Vanoise.
The “Bio Corti Spa 12” chalet can accommodate up to 12 people. Spread over four levels with a stone staircase, this accommodation has five bedrooms, each with its private bathroom (including shower and WC) and a dressing room. Some of them are also equipped with a desk. The two bedrooms on the ground floor open onto a terrace with deckchair and vegetation.
The living room is open to a modern and fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, large hob, oven and microwave.
The large living room allows you to relax in front of a comforting wood stove. In addition, you can admire a breathtaking view of the mountains thanks to the large bay windows that bathe the living room in natural light. To enjoy the outdoors even more, a welcoming terrace is located in the extension of the sofas.
Guests have access to a wellness area including a hot tub and a sauna. Access is shared but with private slots each day for each of the two accommodations.

SITUATION

The “Bio Corti & Spa” chalet enjoys an ideal location in the center of Champagny-en-Vanoise. You will find the bakery just 2 minutes away on foot, while the gondola, the ski school and the slopes of the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area are only less than 6 minutes away on foot. The restaurants, the tourist office are also very close. In addition, the municipal swimming pool with spa can be reached in just 6 minutes on foot. If you wish to explore the surrounding nature, the Vanoise National Park is only 5 km from the chalet. Finally, the Nordic area of ​​Champagny le Haut with cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sculpted ice cave, ice climbing, snowshoeing is accessible by free shuttle.

ECOLOGY

Lorène and Florian have carried out several actions in favor of ecology, anxious to preserve the exceptional natural setting in which they live and raise their two children. The underfloor heating, the heat pump and the composter provided guarantee a reduced carbon footprint. In addition, the construction of the chalet was carried out in collaboration with local craftsmen, using mainly European wood (framework, cladding, custom furniture), Italian tiles and several pieces of French furniture and lighting. A few creations by Savoyard craftsmen, such as wall lights, a coffee table, a bench seat and a headboard, add a touch of authenticity and character to the chalet.
